Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive client engagements from opportunity identification to the delivery of state-of-the-art solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Evaluate client requirements and implement strategic DevOps solutions that align with business objectives.
- Assist clients in navigating cloud adoption and advanced technology strategies, promoting a transformative IT approach.
- Collaborate with client development teams to maintain transparency throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Create innovative solutions, design architectures, and develop proof of concepts to showcase the value of digital transformation initiatives.
- Partner closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure project delivery aligns with established timelines, budgets, and scopes.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing and partner-related content, including sales materials, blog posts, podcasts, and workshops.
- Mentor junior team members, aiding in their professional growth and development.
- Remain informed on industry trends through continuous certification maintenance and participation in relevant technology events.
Required Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Experience in designing and managing Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Enterprise or Anthos Clusters.
- Knowledge of container and Kubernetes hardening, with a focus on security best practices.
- Expertise in implementing HashiCorp Vault Enterprise for secure secret management, access control, and encryption in sophisticated environments.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in configuring, deploying, and maintaining container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, EKS, OCP, GKE, and AKS.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC), automation, and configuration management tools, including Ansible, Terraform, Octopus Deploy, AWS Config, and Azure Automation.
- Experience with secrets management solutions including KMS, HSMs, and HashiCorp Vault Enterprise.
- Proficiency in source control management (SCM) tools such as Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
- Familiarity with API management platforms like Apigee-X, Postman, AWS API Gateway, and Azure API Management.
- Strong background in technical infrastructure, both cloud and on-premise, encompassing systems design, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Software Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a DevOps capacity.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Proficiency in coding and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash, and TypeScript.
